About the school
St. Xavier International School, Natapada, Jajpur is a pioneer co-educational English medium CBSE School located in the heart of Jajpur Road(Odisha). The school was founded in 2010 by a visionary entrepreneur Er. Alexzandar Das in our locality with an aim to serve the needy children those are unable to get good and quality education. We really are very happy & proud of his thought and action, which create memorable milestones we have reached today. Now the school has more than 800 students strength from Nursery to Std-XI . The school aims at imparting quality education with all round personality development of students. The school offers a spectrum of co-curricular activities through House system. The school has been setting records by giving 100% results in C.B.S.E. Board examinations.
The Main Features of the school is Assembly. We conduct well organized and disciplined assembly to provide a platform to bring fitness in oratory skills as well as exposure to high moral values with the help of Mantra, Prayers, thoughts, news, Vocabulary enrichment talk about important days/ festivals and many more activities. Motive is to bring out inherent qualities of a child and overcome the stage fear.
Academics
Academic achievements reflect the diligence and skill to perform to the best of one’s ability. To develop academic excellence our school offers wide syllabus with proper planning and guidance to encourage students exam fear and critical thinking. The sincere efforts of students in the CBSE Exams brought laurels to the school, we have 100% result in flying colours in CBSE 10th class board exams every year. Group activities in school inculcate in students leadership quality, team spirit, social and ethical values, discipline for solving real life problems.We are developing our students through the proctorial systems.
Non – Scholastic
To promote the competitive spirit and to bring out talent of the students, students are encouraged to participate in various co-curricular activities. Inter-house competitions like calligraphy, Drawing and painting, Essay writing, singing, debate, elocution, dance are conducted during the course of the year as a regular manner. A mega Annual Exhibition is held every year in which students come forward with ideas and models on different subjects such as Math, Science, English, Odia, Hindi, SST, Computer, Sports, Music & Art craft.
Annual sports meet is organized in which enthusiastic students participate and also house wise events are organized.
Apart from Academics different social activities such as Road Safety week, Blood Donation programme, Tree plantation programme, Swach Bharat Abhiyan are organized.
Games, indoor and outdoor athletics, yoga, aerobics, music, dancing, picnics and excursions have an important place in school calendar.
The whole institute is covered with CCTV camera both in class rooms and sensitive areas.
