The administrative department assists the school with many services like Public relation, Housekeeping, Stores, HR, Computers, Transport, and Events Management etc. The school bus offers safe and prompt mode of communication between school and home for the children around 15 kilometer radius of school. Security is a vital concern for school worldwide. Well trained AYAS are engaged for the safety of students.CCTV cameras are deployed in every corner of the school to monitor the safety and security of students. The administration ensures that there is smart monitoring of the security of the students and staff. Well trained security personnel are deployed.

The vision of the smart-classroom in SXIS is to help educators to learn about the technology and how it can be integrated and applied as a powerful learning tool in curriculum. Smart-classroom was created and designed for students and facilitators to enhance their technological skills and cope up with modern changing scenario.

To enhance the learning ability and impart practical knowledge SXIS has developed various labs such as

• Chemistry
• Biology(Life Science)
• Art & Craft

The school arranges doubt clearing classes everyday after school hour from 2.15pm to 3.15pm where students clear their doubts from the concerned teachers. Special focus is given to the weaker students. Remedial classes are done for class 9 & 10 students

SXIS has introduced integrated classes for students of class 7 to 10 where experienced teachers guide the students in 5 subjects (mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English). Basically teachers provide the concept to the students and prepare them for the future completive exams.

Proctorial classes are now a part of SXIS curriculum. Here students are divided in small groups and one teacher is allotted as their proctor. The proctor will take care of their proctorial group students regarding their day today activities, academics, non academics, extra curricular activities, special achievements.

The school arrange different programme/events like trips to different places in the city such as railway station, fire stations, temples, vegetable markets, shopping malls to enhance the outside knowledge and give them exposure towards the society.

Learning through self-study and reading are important skills that ensuring developing habits of sustained learning, which is an indispensable tool for the future for our students. For this purpose, SXIS provides a well-equipped and well-stocked library with different types of books magazines, periodicals, newspaper and other reading materials for the students. Also school focus on enhancing the reading habit of the students by providing library classes in the routine. We have incorporated newspaper in our Assembly to enhance the oratory skills of students.

SXIS believes that education is a methodical effort towards learning basic facts about humanity, cultueanf tradition of the society. So SXIS incorporates value education in its curriculum to meet the rising needs of modern society like code of conduct and values. These course concentrate on the development of the children, young adults etc. focusing on areas like happiness, humility, cooperation, honesty, simplicity, love, unity, peace, discipline, attitude, respect etc.
